Spain prosecutes Bush administration officials and the terrorist behind the case

Gonzalo Boye is the "human rights" lawyer who filed the complaint to the Spanish judge against this group of American citizens.

And now for the incredible irony. Human rights lawyer, Gonzalo Boye, himself, is a convicted Chilean terrorist! He was a member of the terrorist Revolutionary Left Movement (MIR) when, in collusion with the ETA, Spain’s Marxist-Leninist Basque terrorist outfit. Having participated in the abduction of a Spanish businessman, Emiliano Revilla, Boye was convicted and sentenced to prison. His victim, Revilla had spent 249 days in captivity in a space which measured 2 meters long, 1 meter wide, and just 1.80 meters high. He said he only had a space of 2 meters by 40 centimeters in which to move. Emiliano Revilla was released after his family had reportedly paid a hefty ransom.

Fortunately for the citizens of Spain the world, while serving his time in prison, convicted terrorist and future human rights lawyer, Gonzalo Boye was able to earn his law degree. Along with this current venerable endeavor to aid Spain in prosecuting U.S. government officials, Boye Gonzalo in January was consulting with Hamas in anticipation of also bringing war-crimes charges-- in Spain-- against Israel.
