Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties Whatever happened to the soccer committee? Wouldn't that have been a more fitting assignment given his lack of abilities and questionable ethics and allegiances? I watched him grilling former EPA head Christie Todd Whitman last night on C-SPAN and I have to tell you that the man has trouble stringing two sentences together. He is truly inarticulate. You can almost sense his staffers sitting behind him cringing whenever he opens his yap.
